  1. We Buy Everything Ourselves

    We purchase all devices and supplements at full retail price. We do not accept free products in exchange for positive reviews. Our recommendations are completely independent.

  2. Real-World Testing

    Every wearable device is tested for a minimum of 2-4 weeks in real daily use including workouts, sleep, and travel. Supplements are evaluated over 30-60 day cycles to assess real effects. We never write reviews based on press releases.

  3. Structured Scoring

    We rate products across standardized criteria. Wearables are scored on accuracy, battery life, app quality, comfort, and value. Supplements are scored on ingredient quality, clinical dosing, third-party testing, and price per serving. Every product gets a final score out of 10.
